E li ho rifatti perché sono troppo buoni! Questa volta per farcirli ho usato 2 scatolette di tonno, 1 melanzana grande fatta a fette e grigliata, valeriana e rucola. Il tutto immerso in un ottima salsa allo yogurt(1 vasetto di yogurt greco) con menta fresca, mezzo spicchio d'aglio, mezzo cucchiaino d'olio e sale. Per condire le melanzane ho usato mezzo spicchio d'aglio, cucchiaino di olio e sale. Stavolta @anita_giangregorio può confermare!!!

Oggi insalatona di Valeriana con pere verdi, tocchetti di Salmone, sedano, semi vari(lino, sesamo, zucca, girasole) e vinagrette. Ho tagliato il salmone a tocchetti e l'ho marinato nel limone zenzero aglio e sale. L'ho cotto nella padella antiaderente con il succo della marinatura e poi ho miscelato tutti gli ingredienti. Per condire l'insalata ho usato una vinagrette fatta con mezzo limone un cucchiaino di olio e sale. Servite e gustate!!!
