It’s been just a week since I’ve changed my diet and I already feel so much more energized. I’m back on a regular workout schedule, I don’t feel controlled by sugar, and it’s been fun cooking most of my meals! It’s definitely not fun eating out with friends, so I think I’ll avoid making too many plans centered around meals for a while.
