🍝Oil Free Vegan Eggplant & Mushroom Bolognese😍➡Here is the RECIPE for it:

Ingredients
300g pasta
400g eggplant
Blend together onto your food processor w
200g mushrooms
500g crushed tomato can
1 diced brown onion
Vegan beef powder
Black pepper
Parsley
Chilli flakes, etc to taste, any spices to your like
Directions:
Sautee your onion, add the mushrooms & eggplant, add the tomato and water. Cook on low medium heat for about 30min

PERSIMMON NICE CREAM 🤩🤩🤩 WITH CHOCOLATE SAUCE + CACAO NIBS & CINNAMON 😛🤤 Step 1: Cut the tops off super ripe persimmons and freeze. Let them thaw for 20 mins then blend in a food processor or a high speed blender.
Step 2: Make the chocolate sauce by mixing 1/4 cup 100% real maple syrup + 1/4 cup carob powder + 1/2 tsp vanilla and a pinch of sea salt.
Step 3: Top with whatever you like and ENJOY THIS FALL FRUIT WITH A NEW SPIN 🍁🎃👍🏼

🍝RECIPE for the Sweet Potato Ravioli with Homemade soy Ricotta Cheese, Sunflower Seeds & Sweet Potato Rosemary Creamy Sauce 😍 I shared on my story the other night. Oil free

➡For the ravioli I use wonton (shhhhhhh) lazy🤰 here 😁
➡For the super yummy and easy soy ricotta cheese, 3 min video recipe link in bio.
➡For the ravioli filling:
Steam/boil 2 sweet potato
Mash and add the soy ricotta cheese, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, pinch sugar
➡Sweet potato sauce:
1 chopped brown onion
2 chooped garlic
1 diced large sweet potato
1/2 cup soy milk @sogoodau
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
Black pepper
Rosemary
Sautee your onion & garlic. Add sweet potato, cover with a bit of water. Once soft, blend all together. Adjust flavour. .
Serve I like fresh chopped parsley for garnish and @mylifebio grated cheese on top
