Had a half a glass of wine last night which actually made me hungrier I think later in evening but at least I know I can skip my fridge and have that when the craving hits

Happy Monday Everyone! Seek to create an alignment between your thinking and your actions. For it’s so difficult to cultivate that sense of happiness for ourselves when the two are at odds with each other.
When we hope, but never do. Dream, but never act. Desire, but only delay. When we give in to procrastination or choose comfort over challenge. When we seed these positive ideas with negative actions, including lack of action, we set ourselves up for unhappiness.
We can’t expect to grow flowers, by planting weeds.

Meet Jennifer Roe, A truly inspiring transformation, she signed up for a half-marathon despite her distaste for running, and before she knew it began logging serious miles. She worked her way up steadily, and has since completed many half-marathons and 5Ks. She'll soon run in a 200-miles relay race, too. Congrats Jennifer!

Laura Hyman lost 103 Lbs! Along with her husband Myron, Hyman has now lost over 100 lbs. using the Isagenix weight loss program, which the retired Indio, California couple started in 2015.
“Isagenix gave us a time schedule for our meals and snacks,” says Hyman, who now weighs 161 lbs. and eats five times a day: two shakes, two snacks and one full meal. “This system taught us that not only the food we are eating counts but the timing of when we are eating is so important.” Now after dinner, Hyman says, “the kitchen is closed.”

Lunch was snack combined - buffalo chicken ( baked chicken blended with Franks hot sauce ) fresh cilantro on Bibb lettuce with apples sprinkled with 1/4 packet simple girl sweet sour dressing

Mid morning snack - ok pre lunch snack.. time gets Away at work!

Sat down to evaluate - results:
1- stopped journaling which causes me to bite here there without thinking 2. Forgot injection yesterday 3. Not as much sleep 4. Less water 5. Haven't remixed yet 6. I'm still doing fine !

Our choices in life are endless. There really isn’t anything we cannot do. When you look around, everything you see was once someone’s dream or vision. This goes to show that it all starts in your head. What you can think of and create in there, can come about outside of your mind as well, should you choose to make it happen. Your choices are endless, you just need to use the tools that have been given to you.

Happy Monday One & All! When in doubt, do. When we dream and visualize, the more logical (and scared) side of our brain will often try to keep us from going through with things that are uncertain. The logical side of the brain is too concerned with facts and theories on whether things have and/or will work out or not. It will try to keep you from doing things by coming up with sometimes logical and sometimes non-logical theories and explanations to the dreams that the other half of your brain is dying to fulfill.
It is easy to sit back and be comfortable, but when you get comfortable you also miss out on the things that could have happened if you just gave it a try. So always act upon a dream, an impulse, or a feeling. Rather do too much than not enough, to prevent yourself from regretting not to at least have tried. Who knows, trying something out might actually take you where you always wanted to go…
