Not much has happened this week, slowly progressing towards my stage weight.

Mainly i have been looking at motivation from others like the @goldenaestheticsofficial boys - @artemusdolgin, @cdrobot, @smith.julian, @liamkelly1987, @alfitness21, @pinto_45

As well as a physique i admire a lot @cbum_

But i have also been looking at motivation from myself.
Going back and looking at photos from before and after my comps.

Fingers crossed, from the style of training @wcroz has put me through, ive made some solid improvements.
Cant wait to see!

HAZ Fitness is current undergoing a GetLean Program 2017/01.
Session 2 just ended last night and 14 more sessions to go.

Finally started to train quads again after injuring my left quad, and man did it feel good to smash them.

Spent some time with my boy @xavierpaul21 and got his haircut at Luiccis by @sean.thebarber

Went to see @amandafoubister to get my bodyfat pinch test done.

And thanks to @katannaboyd for my awesome birthday present, i received my @versagripps from @supplements.co.nz

19 WEEKS!!!

Well, thats 19 weeks out done and dusted.
_____
In the mix of this week -
I had a set off from work as part of my leave,
My Best Friend @katannaboyd came to Auckland for a visit,
Had some SOLID trainings sessions at @cityfitnessnz,
Celebrated My Birthday,
Went out for dinner with some of my closest friends including @uasi_badday and @mikepeters1010,
Put together some puzzles while having some much needed rest,
And got outdoors in the fresh air.

A day of positives today.

First of all, My Son @xavierpaul21 tells me he passes his Learner Licence test with flying colours - 100%
So Proud!!!

Secondly, we get turned out to an MVA (car accident), with a person trapped.
_____
Even though its not such a nice thing to happen and attend to, we managed to extricate the driver and have St Johns tend to him with minimal injuries.

Thirdly, we get a call to a house fire.
_____
Again, not something nice to have to go to.
But when you see all the boys pulling weight, working hard, to save as much of the house as possible, is truly a great thing.

Working as a solid team, we managed to save 70% of the house, which might not seem like a lot, but i tell you, when it comes to fire, IT IS!

Its not easy making sure you are always stocked up on all the meats, carbs, veges and supps you need.

It sure isnt easy to keep meals cooked and packed for the whole day when you eat every 2-3 hours.

But if it was easy, EVERYBODY would have fantastic physiques!

You need to ask yourself this question:
How badly do you want the physique you dream of? Just a little bit? Maybe you would like to look awesome, but it wouldnt be a big deal if you never got it.

But, thats not you, is it?!

You dream about what its like to own that type of physique and you are determined to make it reality.

You know its going to take a lot of hard work and it wont happen overnight.

You will challenge yourself to train with great intensity, be totally precise with your nutrition and supps.

You dont need someone yelling in your ear to motivate you, because that voice is already inside your head!
