Its not easy making sure you are always stocked up on all the meats, carbs, veges and supps you need.

It sure isnt easy to keep meals cooked and packed for the whole day when you eat every 2-3 hours.

ESCARPMENT TRACK!!!

@katannaboyd and I spent a few hours out amongst nature today, well 2hrs 30mins to be exact.

Had the joy of walking the escarpment track along the beautiful Kapiti coast.
_____
Climbed a lot of stairs, through some bush, across 2 swing bridges, down a ton of stairs, along the cliff face looking down from great heights to the waves crashing below.
_____
Such a great adventure!
_____
Couldnt have done it without my @dr.coolnz Cool Wrap taking care of my injured quad while traversing the coast.

It had been awhile since @katannaboyd and I had had a train.

So, off we went to Lower Hutt @cityfitnessnz, where i actually hadnt ever trained before.

A Push/Pull session was on the cards for us, that my coach @Wcroz had put together.

Here is the Positive from my Negative!

I caused a slight tear in my left quad this morning while training Legs, doing squats.

Went home to take care of it and received a message from the awesome people at @dr.coolnz
