Easiest protein bites ever. I just make them up as I go along depending on what I have to hand 😊& what I fancy at the time #5minutes These ones are really chocolatey & jam packed with protein & will keep your sweet tooth satisfied all afternoon. .
You Can Make it. . . 🔸1/2 cup raw organic coconut oil ( I don't bother melting it!) . 🔸1-2tbls organic raw cacao powder . 🔸1tbls organic raw maca powder . 🔸1-2tbls chia seeds . 🔸1/2 cup any nuts..I used cashew but almonds, pistachio etc all good . 🔸2 tbls of 50/50 blend organic ground hemp & flax seeds ( I buy in bulk & grind mine at home) . 🔸1/2 dozen approx organic dates..soak for few minutes in hot water if hard & dry.
Blend everything together 1-2mins till broken down & sticky..add some date water if nec. .
Roll in to balls & Enjoy 😋 .
Play around with the ingredients, try rolling in desiccated coconut to finish, add or take away as you see fit any of the ingredients, have fun experimenting, this is just a guideline 😊
