Because Facebook told me today that it’s exactly been one year ago now, here’s a #travelthrowback to the Harry Potter Studios in London. Any Potterheads around here? 🔮
A magical treat for the celebration of costume event was getting to sit at a table in the great hall decorated for Halloween! I wish the pumpkin pie props had been real. Did you know they tried to use real food in the scenes but it struggled under the set lights - so lots of the chocolate is made of resin! What's your favourite season at Hogwarts? 🍃🍂 Also that's my amazing brother who drove us 3 hours to the tour! Yesterday feels like a crazy dream!
"They stood up at once, and together he, Ron, and Hermione left the Great Hall. Great chunks were missing from the marble staircase, part of the balustrade gone, and rubble and bloodstains occurred every few steps as they climbed." #booksnquoteschallenge Day 12 - book that made you cry
The book that made me cry the most was definitely Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. I still remember getting it on the release day and just reading through the whole thing in one go and I don't think I've actually ever stopped crying in those hours 😭😭😭😭 it was the first book where I remember properly crying and having to put the book down for a few minutes. And I'm still not over Fred's death 😭😭😭😭 . So yeah, I threw a few overlays over the picture that I took last week on the Hogwarts Bridge to make it look a bit more Battle of Hogwarts like 🙈 let's just assume I came all the way from Durmstrang to help my friends in their little rebellion 🙈 . QOTD: worst death in DH?
