I managed to open my eyes slowly and it was a big effort to me since the light bulb was beating me with its light at my face. My legs and hands were tied with a rope.
I was still high but I knew what I was doing, my conscience came back to its place and I dared to turn my head to the left and face two people.
"We could take twenty thousand dollars from them." That voice was familiar to me, so I knew from the very first moment that he was Saint. "Ernesto, I think that instead of killing her, we could use her for much better things. She's gorgeous, she could make a lot of money for us." I perfectly knew that they were talking about me and I had goosebumps running over my skin to think of the terrible things they could use against me.
"Making her work as a prostitute would definitely be a good idea." I deduced that Ernesto was Latin because of his peculiar accent. "And if she resists, we can always drug her so she will never be conscious." My heart stopped to listen those words. The men started laughing and stopped to see my awaken face.
"Since when did you wake up?" Saint screamed.
"A few ago." I whispered honestly.
"We called your parents; if they don't pay us twenty thousand dollars tonight, you're going to be our property." I absolutely knew that my parents had no chance against that. They had nowhere for taking such that big amount. That made me want to break down but I stayed with a cold posture not to show my weakness.
"Saint, Ernesto; Samuel needs you to carry some corpses." Those terrifying words came into my stomach and I felt like throwing up. "I'm staying with that... girl." He whispered smirking at me. "Oh damn, she's hot."
"Yes, imagine how much we can make with her." Ernesto mentioned leaving with Saint.
"Oh damn, damn, damn. Nice body, sweetheart." The green-eyed man was walking closer as I had nothing to do but stare at his steps. He kneed in front of me and stared at me for a pretty long time that made me uncomfortable.
"I swear that when I'm out of here, you're going to get in trouble." I told him decided. He wasn't going to see my scared side. I needed to be strong and clever.
"And you're funny. This is better than I thought."
