Bad batch of counterfeit pressed Roxi (Oxycodone) 30’s popping up in Arizona, Washington, Oregon, and more.
These are cut with fentanyl and other fentanyl analogues and may not contain any oxycodone at all.
Some key differences to help you spot the fakes are:
A) The finial/tips of the number 3 in 30 level out fairly straight on real 30mg Roxicodone pills, where as they swoop up closer to the middle on fakes.
B) The corners of the rounded box around the letter M are at different curves. The corner is much tighter and is rounded over a shorter distance on the real pills, and more round/further out on fakes.
C) The strokes of the letter M are different. On the real pills, the M will have the top half of the M filled in on both sides with the outside lines and the middle V connected by a rounded shape and filled in. On the fakes, it’s just a normal “M” made up of straight lines.
The shades of blue are different, with the fake pills being a lighter muted shade of blue and possibly varying from pill to pill.
The number 30 fills more of its half on the fake pills than the real ones. Probably difficult to spot by itself but if you do have a real one on you to compare with, this can also be used to differentiate the two. The 30 on the real pill will be smaller and better defined.
