Tia has had an interesting 12 months including quite a bad back injury from trampolining.
Saying that she has completed her rehab through her physios and consultants and has resumed training, including her strength training with me in the early mornings before school.
The video shows Tia lifting 65kg quite comfortably. She had already just done a set of 3 @ 60kg which for a 13 year old girl is excellent with such good form.
This is proof that you can still achieve great things even when it seems things are against you. You don’t have to commit hours and turn your life upside down, but just make consistent effort towards improving.
