#3 NEVER SPEAK NEGATIVE: At times during your workout journey, things may seem tough and hard. You may not feel like exercising, you may fell tired, you may feel as if you are not making progress. However, I am challenging you to never speak negative, hear negative, nor see negative negative. By eliminating negative thought you will develop resilience, strength, and willpower to endure.
