You guys have no idea how hard I had to work to make up for nearly 7 months of no major upper body work outs.
That being said I am frustrated. People think this shits giving to them and that anybody can do it at a high level. Winning a Novice or even Provincial show does not make you anything. Going to Nationals in 2014 was a wake up call for me. I thought i was WAY better than I was.. After that show I went back into normal routine eating junk and liquor and not following proper training.. which destroyed my physique. I committed 2015 nationals to become a stepping stone to a better lifestyle change not just a physique change and even after my injury I didn't go on to lose a bunch of size because of one reason.. CONSISTENCY and a little kick in the butt from @peanutbutterandominijam 🙈.. I train nearly everyday, I eat right and I don't drink alcohol rarely at all. My last drink was probably November.. If you want something you need to sacrifice and thats the bottom line.
Either do it 100% or do it casual. And all i know is casual doesn't cut it with the best in Canada!
