👉🏻 Firstly, I would like to explain what “healthy fat” actually means. The phrase “healthy fat” usually refers to monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. They help reduce cholesterol, benefit insulin and blood sugar levels, etc. Those are good choice for everyone, especially hard-gainers struggling to eat enough calories throughout the day. 🙋🏻♂️
That said, for today’s post I compared some of the best healthy fat options. Of course, there are many more. Instead peanut butter, for instance, you can also chose to eat some other nut butter and instead of salmon, you can eat some other fatty fish because it is high in omega 3.
