Squats are one of my favorite movements but i've come to learn that there is much more about a good squat than the amount of weight you can put on the barbell.
Getting low enough without losing tension, not dropping down too fast but also not so slow that you get stuck at the bottom, making sure your knees don't collapse, not leaning forward too much when going up...
There's always room for improvement and that's what keeps it interesting and fun for me! ☺
