Keeping with the 5/3/1 and hitting 125# for 6 reps. My old max is 135#, it’s safe to say that’s not the case anymore.

Feeling a little weird body image wise. Some days, I feel like I look leaner than usual and other days, I feel like I look like a busted can of cinnamon rolls. Today, I feel like the Pillsbury dough boy, but still feeling strong. Everyday is a struggle, but the fact that this weight is moving easy is a beautiful thing.

Another successful trip to new #gym.... I love it... i love meeting new gym addicts like me .... different gyms different atmosphere and machines... im getting more #pumped and more motivated ....just feels facking good to be able walk in to any gym and feel #confident like I own this shit lol ....

Happy #Squaturday! Sticking with the 5/3/1 plan and topping out at 195# for 5 today. I tweaked my ankle a bit last week and squats definitively aggravated it, but it was nice to see the weight moving well.
