I always talk about mental health and how much it is IMPORTANT for us to be considering it.
Mental and Physical health are two wheels of our cart of life, one is necessary for the other to function properly and smoothly. I have recently found myself not drinking enough water, my water intake was so low that I had to face dehydration and acne as a result. I tried a couple of things to keep me motivated and on track to increase my water intake. I took inspiration from a couple of trackers and was able to come up with one that works best for me. I am really obsessed with my journal and I kept in my kitchen so that every time I drank a glass of water I would get to colour one of the boxes. My Goal here was to drink “12 Glasses” of water ( I know you should drink 8 glasses but I am trying to loose some weight and I was advised to drink 3 litres daily. I would not recommend anybody to over hydrate your body without proper concern ) . Different people have different triggers to motivate them, like I have these trackers. Find what helps you to stay on track and lets spread the word with the hashtag
to work for not only regarding our health but for the environment and be thankful to Almighty Allah (God) for being blessed enough to have facilities like clean drinking water. There are about 3-4 million people dying annually due to water related issues.
Lets take a step into making our move towards something good .
