Set goals and then demolish them!! 👊 Finally completed TCS10k in sub 60. Could have done even better if I didn't have to throw up towards the end of the race. Still very happy with my timing. . . . . .
I could write a huge race re-Cap but I think the smiles in these photos tell the story. So many PB’s today. Not just time PB’s. For some of the crew (for their own reason) just getting to the start line was in itself achieving their goal. I’m so proud to be part of this little community of runners that we are building. We had 2 of our ‘senior’ Pocket Rockets run this morning. As a coach I was in absolute awe watching them approach that finish line. Not only was it great to see the blue, green & white shirts running but also the families of our crew who participated whether it was a run or a run/walk. Wist je dat knieklachten kunnen ontstaan door veel spierspanning? 🤔 Er word vaak gedacht dat men een probleem hebt aan de kniebanden of meniscus. Toch zien wij zelden dat dit het probleem is! 😲 Kniepijn kan zelfs ontstaan vanuit een slecht loop patroon of eventueel vast zittende heup spieren! 👏
