Actually did my laundry yesterday. Took my ropes and weights down with me to the basement. Got down there, put my clothes in the washer, looked at my ropes and weights and said "I think I'm good" and lugged the ropes and the weights right back upstairs. For a second (like literally a second) I started in on myself "you're being lazy", "you haven't moved today" blah, blah, blah and I then I said to myself "Not gonna dwell on what could've or should've done. Tomorrow is another day and I have a whole new set of chances". Today is that day - short (and simple) and sweet...just like me!

*repeat - when you get to weights do 6 reps of everything, next round 4, then 2.
