No one's past defines their future .... what matters most is what you do with today, everyday.
After experiencing SO much in my life time, anxiety, depression, being broke, losing everything, dancing, toxic relationships in all areas of my life including food and relationships, divorces, and now GRATEFULLY being on the complete other end of the scale and looking back with the biggest smile in my heart and on my face I have learnt 2 of the of the greatest lessons:
1. OWN it all girl ..... your past and your past choices are yours honey, they shaped you into who you are today .... EVERY "mistake" was actually on purpose. Don't ever hide from your past, don't let others think that you are undeserving of anything because of your past. OWN it, LOVE it, have no regrets for one day you WILL look back, connect the dots and realize it was all for the greater good! These days my stories and hands on personal experiences, help others to radically transform their lives and become the person they were meant to always be. I'm raw, real and truthful.
2. To be non-judgmental: You have no idea why anyone made the choices they made unless you are them or you asked them. Who are we to judge anyway? .... we all messed up somewhere cause we are all human, it doesn't matter if I messed up often or not or if was bigger than or less than yours, it's not a competition or glorifying act or opportunity lol ..... The more I opened up to learning about other people's stories and shared mine openly and with complete vulnerability was the more I learnt. I grew, I expanded and I loved even more ..... these days I live and let live, we may not have the same passions, pasts or purpose but I love it just the way it is .... it's awesome to hear your story, to celebrate in your growth and to be a part of your life .... just because you're YOU. Go on babe be unapologetically and radically you!! ______________________________
If you're reading this right now .... no matter what your circumstances are, know that it does not define you.... I see you, I love you, I BELIEVE in you!
