💗💗💗GHHHHHA 💗💗💗OK true story when I started my first Beachbody program it was HARD AF!!! Forget the fact that it ended up being my favorite and truly my soul mate program, but the first time I tried it I legit CRIED, on the floor in tears (ask Jon). I was about 170+ pounds, I had never really worked out before, my self esteem was at an all time low and I needed HELP!!!!
