So this is the last time I went on holiday - I was about 8lb from target here. I’m now nearly a stone and a half heavier than this photo! So sad I let my target weight slip further out of reach again, but alas. 3 weeks until my first holiday of this year and I definitely won’t be back to this size by then, but I’m going to give it one final push and see what I can do. Then when I’m back it will be full steam ahead to my second holiday in September - I want to be more confident and a lot closer to my target for then!

#Innerhealth and #peakperformance is my focus this year. Releasing the protective layers holding me back from being my Ultimate Self. For my mind and body connection to run at Peak I avoid wheat and sugar due to the inflammation it causes in my body.
Running a busy household with 2 businesses and 4 kids I've not been listening to my body. Taking the time to look at external stresses has allowed me to listen to what my body is telling me.

This one is slightly different from the other day but equally as yummy. Again I used a @foragerproject yogurt, but this time vanilla. I used that delish cherry granola from @sprouts and then filled it up with fresh bananas, fresh blueberries, macadamia nuts, fermented pea protein from @nutrasumma, local bee pollen, organic maca root, cinnamon, collagen peptides from @vitalproteins, and a little organic peanut butter. Yum yum YUM!

One of the biggest issues people have in their physical movements come from tight hamstrings. The modern day work environments can lead to this. When remaining in a seated position for long periods of time, our hamstrings become tighter due to the shortened position they are held in.
It is also found that men tend to have tighter hamstrings than women. Sorry fellas.
The video above shows some awesome stretches to help keep happy hamstrings. Healthy hamstrings can reduce low back pain due to their role in our posterior chain.
Hold each of these stretches for 20-30 seconds and repeat each 2-3 times.
