Monday I️ started the first day of @hanyrambod FST-7 Big and Ripped 8 week program 💪🏼 I’m stepping out of my norm with this program. FST-7 has two sections: Phase 1 and Phase 2. The goal of Phase 1 is to get you bigger, harder, and stronger using FST-7 in various intensity techniques. Phase 2 is all about getting you ripped—shredding in a way that enables you to hold onto your strength gains.
In Phase I️ during the bulk, the diet is a beast of itself! I’m weighing in at ~ 215 to start the program. My macros are 2.5-3g of carbs, 1.5-2g of protein and .4-.5g of fat per lb of body weight. I’ve set my numbers for 625g of carbs (2,500kcals), 400g of protein (1,600kcals) and 110 of fat (990kcal) to a total just over 5,000kcals a day 😳😲 I’ll be spreading that over 7-8 meals a day. This is going to be a huge spike from my normal 3,000kcal diet but a change I’m looking forward to! I’m excited to see the progress and improvements I️ make during these 4 weeks till I️ switch to Phase II 🤗
My days get busy, so sometimes it’s difficult to eat at all the right times when you’re between studying and clients.
