This week i have really been working with high vibrational thoughts. Every time i take an online class with @ogyogini, i feel like a divine lil light beam riding my ‘breath spaceship’ as she calls it 🦄🔮 [i know]
Give this mantra a try this week,
“I am happy, i am healthy, i am wise.
I am growing more content.”
And in no way is this mantra to say that feeling sad or angry is not also just as valid as being happy, but when we rewire our brain to wake up and think these positive thoughts, over time we tattoo that outlook into the brain. Maybe we start to realize we have more to be grateful for than worries on our to-do list. This also has everything to do with the fact we are in constant motion. Even the days where it feels like you get nothing done - THAT IS OK. Something i am trying to teach myself!
I think this is how we can make a difference, how we can share our love + peace.
The real challenge is to strengthen your ability to see beauty, not only with the outer eyes, but when we close the eyes and take a deep look within.
That is true strength.
Being kind and finding beauty within.
And if we can find it inside ourselves, chances are we will be able to find it in those around us 💜
Also so when i do the splits in my room, i practically reach both sides of the room with these daddy-long-legs. Almost have an Alice in Wonderland moment. Barely fit in the room 😆
