Meet Hannah; Do Yoga!✨ Hannah Cooper has been practicing yoga for 10 years.
In 2015, she underwent an intensive teacher training in Rishikesh, India.
Being a student first and foremost, she considers herself fortunate to have had a home practice from the beginning. Now, she also studies under long-time Ashtanga teacher in Cairo, Mira Shihadeh. As a teacher, Hannah sees herself as being there to provide a supportive, ever-evolving space for others to learn as well.
The following classes are taught by Hannah: ✔️
Vinyasa Flow every Monday and Thursday: linking breath and movement, step-by-step, according to our personal needs. Focusing on breath work and creating a solid foundation. Working from the Ashtanga sequencing, this class promotes stability, strength and flexibility. Suitable for all levels.
Yin Restorative every Monday and Thursday: the perfect potion if you're tired, menstruating, injured or otherwise. Provides a balance to more dynamic styles of yoga as well as other athletic sports or just stressful lifestyles. Yin Restorative is gentle, meditative and supportive. Suitable for all levels.
One on One Yoga: perfects the basics or expends your practice. If you are not accustomed to movement, intimidated by the idea of attending a public class, or you are a longtime yogi with injuries that need healing or particular asanas that are posing new challenges, this class is for you.
