💥Handstand Entry & Walking Drills🤸🏽♂️💥
▶️ The objective here is to have a nice smooth & controlled handstand entry whilst commencing your walk (on the spot) as soon as you can👌
The control comes from the ability to take ownership in how you kick to handstand and get moving with the hands without: hitting the wall and coming off, kicking short of the wall, poking your head out, leaning forward, transitioning with the hands to early or too late (ie stopping in handstand and then walking). It’s all about developing confidence with your handstand entry so you FEEL and CONTROL the timing of where you are, and ultimately commence your walking at the right time👌

This drill done properly is more challenging then it looks for beginners😉
