When will people start to realize that asking ‘when will you be done working out?’ is the same as asking ‘when are you going to get off the couch and do something?’ No one would dare ask the second question of a pregnant woman, so why ask the first? Working out is giving me MY version of a healthy pregnancy. We are not cookie cutters as humans. In roughly 50 days I will be giving birth to a healthy baby boy and until then will work out within my own bodies needs.

Working again towards hollowback press/90 degree pushup. Previously what worked towards it, was dividing the move into different parts like handstand pushups, planche pushups and transition from bent arm planche to shoulderstand. Working similar way this time but taking it a bit slower. Here using planche pushup progression which was not used before. One thing to have in mind is to maintain shoulder protraction at all times because that’s what makes the difference.
This was third set so form was slowly breaking down, it will get better.

More reps and less weight as I rehab my shoulder. Also focused on hypertrophy for now. Overall rep volume between 45-50. Handstand push-ups 4x12 and other shoulder work at 3x15 or higher for example. Also doing more abs too. Everything seems like cardio now, even my compound lifts are high volume. This morning was one of those days where I almost threw up for the last 10 minutes of the workout, and fluctuated between almost puking and almost passing out for the whole drive home 🤢😴. It was rough, brutal and needed 🏋️💪.

Start of today’s session which began with 32 handstandpushups (12 strict + 20 kipping) although I think insta cuts the video at 60 seconds. Nonetheless some gymnastics fun🙂
