I've been practicing handstands and handstand push ups for a long time and I've been able to get to 5 handstand push-ups however, I couldn't get my head all the way down to touch the ground. There was always a 6 inch gap between the crown of my head and the ground. I couldn't do even one rep. Those of you who are familiar with handstand push ups know that it's a huge difference between bending your elbows and going rock bottom. It's so much harder to go through the full range of motion. I came up with a strategy that can help you to improve your strength dramatically for any Bodyweight exercise in a short period of time.
