I know I keep thinking I’m back but this time I actually feel so much better - I’ve learnt that I need to take it easy though 😕

I’ve lost a lot of weight and feel skinny and weak, but I can gain it back and come back stronger 💪🏼🤸🏽‍♂️😈

I really didn’t want any interruption in my progress, since I was on target to achieve certain things by certain times and now I’m getting really behind - but you know what I’m only 20, I’ve got ages ☺️

So today I’m not gonna go straight back to my usually training - that might screw me over 🤭 I’m just gonna stretch and maybe do a few handstands, work back into things and not rush it 👊🏼 sorry to everyone who loved seeing me progress so fast ✋🏼
