To cross the threshold from not being able to balance your handstand to being able to control it can be A long and daunting process especially if you on the road to the one arm handstand. It's A long and rocky road that you have to push through if you want to achieve this skill, consistency is key. Even after achieving this skill it's often A bottomless pit of refinement that comes with perfecting it.

1️⃣ Be able to do a hand stand with ease and hold it for 20-30 seconds
2️⃣ Set a Hip Thrust PR of 400 lbs
3️⃣ Work on my flexibility and mobility so I can perfect the ass to grass squat .
