Jak zaczynałam, bardziej interesowały mnie momenty, kiedy coś się ‘udawało’. Teraz jakoś bardziej interesuje mnie proces badania, jak nauczyć ciało, żeby udawało mu się za każdym razem. 🤓🤔 Stanie na rękach to świetne do tego ćwiczenie, bo nie da się tej supermocy opanować na skróty. #handstandeverydamnday 🤘🏻
Stand up straight with your arms above your head. Now reach as high as you can, shrug your shoulders up to your ears, squeeze your bum and stretch up to the sky. Now repeat this in your handstand. If you squeeze everything and push away from the floor you should feel your weight coming away from the wall. You can use a very tiny amount of finger press to assist this but be careful not to tip yourself back to the floor again.
Try three sets of three pushes in the handstand. See if you can find the float.
