Good news !! He is out of
I CU. In a special unit for head and neck .. called progressive care ... scared me at first .. cause I went up to the ICU .. and he wasn’t there ... he may get discharged on Wednesday 💃🏾! .

Yesterday I tested out doing some 90 degree HSPUs, the form wasn’t great but best part was that my shoulder and bicep felt normal throughout the whole movement! .
I also got cm’s close to getting my front split on one side (the other side is lagging behind a bit) with a lot of assistance from @miss.bella.black - who somehow managed to swing far enough to get her feet in my video 😆

Soooo, I forgot that I was numbering these. 🤣 5/365. Today's lesson: you can't (yet) press on chest/shoulders/triceps day. I left it all in the gym. Ah well, there's always tomorrow.

Whew, hot cross buns! 🥐🔥🥖 This was a tall order this week! I was so smoked after my WOD this morning. It took a lot of digging DEEP to muster up the strength and energy even to get this much done. 😴
.
I had to break this into parts. 🔢
.
1️⃣ First, was the toetap to tuck press handstand. This wasn’t necessarily successful but I did better than I expected! Can’t wait to attack it again when my energy is restored.
.
2️⃣ Next, I did just a tuck press into handstand .
.
3️⃣ From there I then tried to lower to crane. The lower just wasn’t gonna happen today. But that’s ok. Moving on 🙃
.
4️⃣ Last, I tested out the crane to lifted straddle. That’s when my body threw me the middle finger and said “peace out sista” lol ✌🏼. Also, do you know how INSANELY hard it is to hold crow/crane when you’re dripping in sweat? Whoa. 😪
.

I had a morning at the dentist, lunch with my Mamaw, I taught during Jack’s nap, went to watch The Meg, and then had a 20 minute HIIT workout followed by a short flow! It’s been quite a busy day, but I’ve loved every minute!
I just want you all to know I love you... you’re loved more than you could ever know. Tonight I hope you can rest and be filled with complete peace knowing you’re more than enough! 💚
