Honestly when I first began I wasn't completely sure of where this flow was taking me... when I practice at home I usually start out with a general idea of what body part I want to focus on, and whether it's more of an opening flow, a strengthening one, or a little bit of both. I almost always begin with the same warm-up, and then take it from there. Today I didn't have anything specific in mind, but as I flowed it took shape, with some yummy side stretching, a little bit of heart opening, and a few arm balances (I've kind of been neglecting those lately).
Some days the body follows the intention with ease, while other days it's just not happening. And I've learned to be ok with either outcome, because at the end of the day, the most important thing I can do is just show up. ❤️
