Don’t use a hard band, a easy one is perfect.
- Grab de band and bring your elbows back (same height as the shoulders)✅
- Keep that elbow in 90 degrees angle and do a external rotation✅
- Straight your arms above your head and keep the all body straight (don’t let your belly go forward)✅
- With arms straight, slowly go to start position✅
