I promise this 3 round leg routine is the hardest leg work out I've done in some time, including isometric squats with 325lbs. This was only 3 full rounds back to back exercises with 52.5lb dbs and resistance bands.
Work out: 3 rounds
- 5 sec eccentric/ 5 sec isometric front squats with bands, 5 reps
- 5 reps 5-10 isometric band squats
- 5 split 5 sec eccentric lunges
- 3 reps 5 sec isometric lunge
- 7-10 double banded eccentric rdls
3 min rest repeat

Calorie burn through the roof, quad burn is terrible, hamstring failure high, work out quality 10/10 time 30 mins-45 depends on your rest.
Tips: when squatting vertical chest, all weight on heels of feet, lunges all weight on front heel, stay stable with big chest, focus on the quad. Do not rush the rdls feel your hammies, keep the dbs in front of your knees. The bands are optional. Brutal brutal work out

Legs tonight nice nd basic. First time doin back squats for a while managed a nice deep 5 reps on 140kg 💪 followed by deadlifts (couldn’t not do them) 120kg 10 reps 4 sets. 3 glute/hamstring exercises that are extra but WORK! 1. T bar deadlifts. I loveee the t bar for this because of the bar path that forces you to sit back on your heels. 2. Sumo hack squat. I wouldn’t advise going heavy on these because they’re challenging without weight and you have to keep your back off the pad. You want to make sure that your knees stay pushed out in line with your toes, and that you keep your spine NEUTRAL because if not you will hurt your back. 3. Abduction machine with your back against the pad and your butt slightly off the seat. Rather than feeling it in just your abductors, when you do this position you’ll feel it alllllll over your glutes 🙌🏻 ALSO don’t forget to vote if you want to see me on the cover of Mrs health and fitness!
