Well I haven’t posted one of these for a while. To be honest, I can’t be arsed to film anymore (no pun intended 🤣) just been going in and GETTING IT DONE! but just a quick update of a VERY LIGHT weighted leg/glute workout to get my lower back used to the movement again. 4 sets x 10 reps and I didn’t film the rest.

🍑😋 das letzte Training #hams & #glutes wäre dann auch erledigt ✔ Trotz massiver Unlust war es diesmal richtig gut 🙏🏼 Die meisten von euch sind jetzt bestimmt schon im #weekend Modus... ich beneide euch. Bei mir klingelt der Wecker das ganze Wochenende um 4 Uhr und es stehen 12h Schichten an. Montag und Dienstag Spätdienst und dann konnte ich die darauf folgenden Nachschichten rausplanen... das heißt dann mit Urlaub insgesamt 1.5 Wochen frei 😍🙏🏼 kann es kaum erwarten 🎉 Und nächsten Mittwoch wird es dann beim ZA spannend... der tote Zahn wird gefüllt.. wenn alles gut geht war's das. Wenn ich Pech habe, kommen dadurch Schmerzen und dann steht die Wurzelresektion an 😱 Aaaaangst! Hoffen wir mal das Beste 😷 Bei euch so? Was ist am we geplant?

My jeans are getting tighter 🤔 At times I’m not sure if it make me happy or makes me upset. I still struggle with looking in the mirror and seeing the same person I always saw. Only when I look at before pictures can I really appreciate what I’ve done. On the other hand, It keeps me motivated. I’m not done! I have new goals and when those goals are accomplished, I’ll have other goals!! I just need to remember that I can only do one day at a time. Here’s to tight jeans and goals! That they get tighter and the goals get crushed! 🙌🏼💪🏼

Heres my workout from taadaay:
🍑smith machine squats
🍑single leg DB deadlifts, focusing on glute stretch (by slightly bending the working knee)
🍑triset: leg curls machine, leg extension machine, wall sit 30s-1min
🍑superset: cable kickbacks, banded abductions

Today i workout early in the morning, before my lectures..and i think I’m actually a fan🙋🏻‍♀️
