💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 Here’s hoping all my cheats last weekend turn into booty gains. Been pretty down about having to cut back on my training & reevaluating my goals & priorities. This past six months has been an incredible period of personal growth, and an awakening for me in seeing what I can do when I decide to do something. I did not achieve my goal but I did more in this six months with my level of commitment than I realized I was capable of doing. It was so empowering & has made me more confident & brave. Less fearful of failure & rejection. That in itself has been worth this journey. 💜

Deadlifts were stupid smooth tonight. Went back to using the rpe scale for my top sets and definitely gonna keep that energy. Hit 425lbs 1x3 rpe 7.5 definitely had 5-6 reps in me. Then backed down and hit 315lbs 4x10 hit the first set hookgrip but decided to save my grip for real pulls. Then hit some speed trips with banded pulls not the best setup but best you can do at a commercial gym 🤷🏽‍♂️. Starting a volume block because this is the only way I’m gonna pull near 600 come next year. Finished off with back and bi day along with leg extensions hip abductors and adductors as well as kettlebell cleans. @greyhairedgains we need to kick this shit into high gear😤

I added three new exercises to tonight’s leg day and lemme tell you my legs and butt are on fire 🔥 you should try them next leg day cause I seriously almost fell walking upstairs and I think that means they worked 🙌

I cant help but laugh because I remember thinking my butt looked good in those photos 😂🤷🏻‍♀️🍑photo on the left was a year ago and photo on the right is today. it’s been a good minute that I’ve been consistent in the gym, I do have my off days but always manage to bounce back. I’ve also learned what works for me and what doesn’t, and still am everyday. everyone has different genetics so don’t beat yourself up, set realistic goals and strive for them! stay consistent my friends! can’t wait to see what another year will bring me 🤔💁🏻‍♀️ ALL TYPES OF GAINZ FAMMMM LOL

•A bloated stomach —> some of the causes can be the excess of alcohol, people don’t call it a beer belly for nothing. HOW TO GET RID OF IT, cut alcohol and carbonated drinks, eat more often but in smaller portions, it will improve your metabolism and also you will have more energy during the day, plan your meals and know their calorie content. -

•A large stomach with upper back fat —> the main reason of this type of fat is inactivity. HOW TO GET RID OF IT, make sure to have enough hours of sleep, sleep deprivation can lead to hormonal unbalance and increase appetite and weight gain. Eat more food reach in fiber, to help reduce your appetite.
