I had two of my fur babies keeping me company and taking up space on my yoga mat this morning, but that's ok, I was happy for the company!! I have to share this with you! I did Sagi's Hammer workout this morning and I figured out pistol squats!! Ok, so I still need to do some work but I've modified them to work for me!
Instead of putting my leg out in front, I float it back to help with balance. And it got WAY easier! 😀
You don't have to be perfect or able to do every move, the point is that you are working on getting better!
