Yesterday was our final Simple Soft Cheese Making Workshop for the year.
I get so much out of teaching people how to make food from scratch. It's incredibly rewarding and I get to meet lovely people like Tracey & Karen.
This course is all about keeping things simple with no special equipment or fancy schmancy ingredients required.
Mozzarella, Halloumi, Ricotta, Paneer, Yoghurt & Labneh were all made in a stainless steel pot with milk & rennet.
Simple and more importantly, yum.
