This year has kept busy and it's hard to be consistent when you get busy. I decided even through a hectic schedule that I wanted to stay consistent. So I set goals for myself and strived towards them
Week 1 to Week 9
Weight 136 to 145
Bench PR 115 to 170
Deadlift PR 175 to 275
Squat PR 135 to 225
I know these are impressive numbers but it's just a start and I wanted to share my progress because I'm really proud of how far I've come, and I'm only getting started .
