THREE Leg & Glute exercises I do after a track session, regardless of how tired or lactic they feel! It's at that moment, when your legs feel like they can't do any more, that it counts!!! I complete this three times... Shouldnt take you more than 10 minutes! 👊🏼 Afterwards make sure to do a good warm down!

Squat jumps 10x

Bridging - 15 seconds each leg for 1 minute...(or 2 if I'm feeling tough! 💪🏼😂)

過了一年,我以為我跟運筆攝影師已經和好了,結果還是沒有💔💔

好啦!其實我自己也有錯,跑到最後攝影機最多的時候,我已經完全疲乏了💦管你是運動筆記、尋寶網還是歐史播次,我只想快看到男友攝影師😭😭😭(因為那代表終點🏁要到了)

誰知道他這次站在距離終點🏁500公尺處🙄🙄🙄
不是說好終點🏁見嗎?為什麼聽不懂人話、這是全天下男友的特性嗎😤😤 我就想要一張進終點🏁的照片啊😭

幸好這次剛好遇到 #30K跑團 的跑友,幫我從置高點拍了一張,謝謝宜純😘😘 心願已了🙏🙏

至於跑步的心得呢⋯⋯因為我是追求 #快樂玩賽 ,所以沒什麼太多拼下去吧!的心得,大部分就是我在愛不愛跑步🏃之間的拔河😭😭
上次跟跑友團練的時候,聊到我忽然不那麼愛跑步、不知道該怎麼挽回情感這一題,他問了我跑齡,掐指一算時間好像也差不多了😂

所以,這次就來聊聊我的補給戰略吧💪
其實以我的精神力&鬥志是完全破不了2的,還是破2了就是感謝我的補給品啊💕💕✨😘還有給我補給品的Kelly好女孩兒❤️

📍 賽前一包超濃稠GU
超濃稠GU、超濃、超甜,Kelly說這是即效性的,隨吃隨有,我吃完之後不知道是早上喝咖啡還是它的關係,蠻亢奮的果然一起跑就爆衝🏃💨
起跑後不久就超越1'50列車、跑到仁愛路1K公里牌時,已經和人群散開了💪

📍 GU效力1-4K
為什麼我知道是1-4K呢?因為1-4K完全屬於神力女超人狀態😂
1K P:4'24 / 2K P:4'26 / 3K P:4'48
4K P:4'52 / 5K P:5'14❌
可以看出我的能量在第5K就結束了😂
事實也是,5K之後就是不斷被超越的開始💦

📍 6K吃下第一顆鹽錠🍬
其實我有鹽糖,只是鹽糖沒冰,想到打開會弄的黏黏的就阿雜,所以放棄鹽糖、帶了兩顆一樣是Kelly愛心❤️的鹽錠💪
但~~蠻無感的😭😭 跟之前跑岱宇吃到鹽糖精神就來的感覺不同,也有可能是我本身精神力不夠,或比起鹹、更愛吃甜有關。

📍 10K濃縮咖啡因
上次有說到,其實我跑到10K發現才52分,只要不要突然跌倒或腳出大包,破2應該沒問題了😁💪我就開始耍廢😂
在10K的補給站前正式被一堆人超過,裙子哥、雪莉、1'50列車🚄
不知道你們超過我的時候有沒有發現😂😂我正在補給站喝水配運動飲料、還在調黃金比例呢💛💛💛

因為精神上一直不想跑,但又覺得這是這麼重要的期中考啊⋯⋯就嗑了一包超濃縮咖啡因☕️
希望能打起點精神,順便實驗一下這鬼東西到底有沒有用😁😁

📍12-17K的神奇療效
進河濱水門的時候大概是11K,我的心情已經逐漸放鬆了,咖啡因的效力有沒有上來我其實不是很在意,倒是很專注的在看1'50的Pacer服務女孩們💕
.
雖然我沒被服務到,但他們真的各個是暖男,快到補給站就往前衝幫女孩拿水,等在路邊服務完,再速速跑回前方帶隊👍👍
欸欸欸😂😂你們也太輕鬆了吧😭這畫面看得我腳很痛啊💔💔
.
但也因為看著這些劇碼,再加上咖啡因提振了一些精神,不知不覺就過了麥帥橋,看到17K的牌子時自己都嚇了一跳:欸?17K.....剩4K了欸👏👏
.
📍17K 沒用的鹽錠再來一顆吧🍬
17K過後,因為意識到剩4K,不知道為什麼疲憊感倍增💦 一直算時間頂多剩24分鐘啊⋯⋯為什麼這麼遠😭😭
.
只好拿出最後的補給品—沒用的鹽錠一顆,吃了下去、確認它真的沒用🉐🉐
最後4K....我是靠著補給站前進的😂
其實以前的我是很少進站的,也一直都有揹水的習慣,這次天氣不熱,我還是站站進站,揹那瓶水已經不知道意義何在了?我只是想進站混一混啊😳😳

這麼沒鬥志的內容,感覺好像人生污點,如果那天我恢復熱情應該會跟自己生氣吧😅😅
難得有一屆Woman Run天氣那麼好、為什麼白白浪費掉了呢🙄😤😤

📍進終點🏁
在快進終點前,其實很多女生超過我,雖然我的鬥志很薄弱,但看到這麼多女生是以這場做為目標而努力,真的覺得很美😭😭😭
即使腳一跛一跛了、綁好的頭髮都有點歪掉,看起來身心靈都快崩潰了,通過終點🏁的那一瞬間,還是自信的微笑😊

因為有認真跑,所以笑起來特別自信&自在,通過終點的時間就是這一陣子努力的結果👍👍💕
我的話⋯⋯算是吃老本(跟靠能量補給品)啦😅😅 這個月月跑量還沒破百呢😭
.
綜合所有補給品,我還是最愛在日本買的不知名能量飲&鹽糖,
日本的不知名能量飲在鎮西堡讓我根本跟嗑藥一樣,頭腦都清晰了起來啊✨✨
但無法清晰太久因為我完全不記得是什麼了😭😭

然後跑完曬圖是必要的

A few people have asked me about my training program and whether I train every day... I actually closely follow a program that is set by me by a Coach. It's designed specifically for me, so that I can achieve the goals I have set for myself... It takes discipline .. (A LOT) .. dedication... and commitment, since the guys who do my program are 10,000km away over in Sydney, I execute via correspondence... BUT I must say these guys (Ben & Gary) are amazing and have helped me every step of the way... my fitness has improved ten fold since starting with them! So if you're training for a certain goal, and have the drive and determination to see it through...

A few disjointed points from yesterday!
That was one of the hardest but best things I've done in my life.
I have never been so scared.And I have never quite appreciated how far 26.2 miles is!
My leg started at annoyingly painful to I can't run anymore painful.It was like the Hulk had taken up residence in my calf and was trying to split the whole thing open.Ouchy.
Miles 14 - 18 were a blur,I just remember thinking bugger me this is horrible.
Knowing I had people to look out for along the way got me round.Without that,it would have taken me hours longer.
I was very pleased that I did not need to stop for a loo break!
Shock Absorber sports bras are life.
I have never seen my Dad lost for words,and all he could do at Mile 22 was beam and clap me on the back.Apparently when I left he burst into tears.
Running a marathon does not a great first meeting make - the gorgeous @thinkingclarely who I have admired from afar for months,saw me on the home straight and screamed for me.I ran over to hug her and literally bellowed in her face "running is ****ing bullshit".Awesome.
I am much more determined than I thought.Yes,I had to walk more than I planned,but the whole way round I was thinking "okay,so what can I do to train better for the next one?"
I knew this already,but the running and fitness community is one that I am so lucky and immensely proud to be part of.The support I received through training and in the days prior to Sunday - people going out of their way to encourage me.The amount of love and good will on that course,from runners and supporters.Runners meant to run yesterday but having to defer,so making damn sure they were there to help and motivate in any way they could.Having my fitfam make the effort to come down and move to multiple points around the course so that I could barrel into them and have a squeal and a hug.
Yesterday was incredible,and I can't believe I have run the London Marathon.Just thinking it makes me well up.
To everyone who ran - you're incredible and you are all so inspiring.
To everyone who has gone through this with me - thank you from the bottom of my heart.
