@appetitejunction has gained popular attraction in the recent months, so we decided to try it for ourselves.
The restaurant has a very nice décor and was very fancy. This place would certainly be suitable for family and friends’ outings.
The service was great and they were very helpful when needed. We originally had problems with the seating area and they sorted out the problem swiftly. The waiting time for the food was about 25 minutes, which was understandable, as was it very busy at the time.
The starter, which was murgh chicken (can be seen from my last post) was actually very delicious. It had a lot of flavors.
We bought two sizzlers for the main course ( maharaja chicken tikka and sizzling shredded mix steak). Both of the sizzlers were ok (not the best we have tried) and I was not fond of the noodles they provided for the mix sizzler. Also, the food was not piping hot, which was a big turn off for me.
For dessert, we bought a pancake stack 🥞 with unexpected fireworks 🎇 (sparklers), which was quite cool (see the video in the post). I actually enjoyed the pancakes, which had great flavor with the syrup, oreo and ice cream. Although, it was not the best pancakes I have had.
I felt the menu was very limited for non-desserts and was surprised by🤔 this when I arrived (did not see the menu online). This is more of a dessert/mocktail type of place.
The pricing for sizzlers based on quality was not worth the price in my opinion. The pancakes were way too expensive (paid £9.50) for a pancake stack. I guess I paid for the fireworks show that I was not expecting 😅
