The holidays can be a busy and stressful time! I’m excited to have teamed up with the @menshealthfdn and their @dontchangemuch campaign to talk about small changes we can all make to live a healthier life.
One of the things I’ve worked on over the past year is reducing the amount of screen time I have. Take some time out of your day to turn off your apps, phone, etc... read a book, meditate and enjoy the non digital world more.
