🍛: Hainanese curry rice with pork chop, squid, cabbage, and tea egg

🗣️: I don't crave curry often these days after overdosing on it in Sri Lanka, but I spotted a line at Loo's while walking through Tiong Bahru the other day and decided to give it a try. Like nasi kandar, they give you a plate of rice and you get to choose from a variety of curry toppings. The squid was my favourite part - it was wonderfully springy without being chewy and super flavorful after simmering in the curry for so long.
