What happens after 10 hour work day and 30 minutes upper body work out? I was so HUNGRY!! Thank goodness for meal prepped grilled chicken in the fridge because I whipped up a fast and tasty whole wheat wrap with chicken, lettuce, carrots, mozzarella, and a touch of dressing. Sticking to my meal plan this week and WILL achieve my goal of no cheating until the weekend! It's the last week of the month, the last week of my current program and I am going to finish it strong!
