It's really been a while I have posted on my feed , but l m gonna create a lot of content as this one right here to keep the gram active ✌🏻 ... Leg day !!! Spent 2 hours Training legs on this single equipment , Yes just 1 maschine ... And this video will demonstrate how frkin particular I m when it comes to 'SETUP' setting the form right for myself bfore I could start pounding more weights ND execute those moments at ease (by ease I mean no faltu pressure on th joints , all the tension Shud me in those working muscles)... I spent 30 odd mins with jus 50 kg/ 110 lbs on th maschine ND then went up till 220 kg/480ish lbs... .
PS : 1st 3 reps were quad dominant , rep no.4 calves , rep 4 & 5 were to choose wat if I fail ND hit th bottom completely ND post tht u can see how i focus on my hammies / glutes... Once I was sure with 'SETUP' my rep range was 10 - 12 for each of these 3 movements...
