Want to get more toned arms try these two arm finishers. Push ups are usually performed to work mainly your chest muscles but just by bringing your hands closer to your body you start to isolate your triceps. For us women triceps can be the hardest body part to tone up, add these to your workouts and do as many as you can to really start making them pop!
Be sure to pull in your belly button and stick your bootie I little higher in the air while keeping your back nice and straight. Drive your heels backwards and tense your legs...bend your arms at your elbows and don’t let them flare out and remember to keep your eyes on the floor not looking at your feet.

I miss having a holiday 😐 so mich fr3e time and so much time with my kids💕

gym with my hubby left me struggling to walk 😂😂 not doing squats since june and trying to lift 80kg in 4th set left me on the floor not able to even to 1 rep 😂😂 now imagine what is going on with my quads right now 😂😓😓 .
But to the point its nice to spend time with him but i hate training with him as he is so fucking slow.... i finished mh session with 7 exercises and he was still doing second with our friend.. waste off time!! 2 fucking hours on the gym naa aaah .

My programmes are build for those who dont have time to spend 2h on the gym floor. They are made for busy people who want to go, do it and have a progress from it. The same way i train myself. .

Okay I've seen a lot of posts about healthy and unhealthy foods, these posts normally go along the lines of how you shouldn't eat this but you should eat this healthy alternative which at the end of the day isn't going to compare to that pizza you originally wanted. .
So unhealthy food, I eat unhealthy food, personal trainers might tell you how they sit down and don't touch anything unhealthy, they are talking crap, unless they genuinely do not find takeouts, cake or chocolate nice.

Healthy food should obviously be in your life but enjoying your food is also having the odd chocolate, if your struggling to lose weight you need to be looking at your calorie intake, nothing else.

Before I became a trainer I tried every diet going and I can now say it all just comes to calories, I treat myself everyday and I'm still losing weight and gaining muscle. Don't try to take things pit your life you enjoy, it's only going to back fire.

Day 6 of the #lsfbootychallenge done had the whole gym to myself swipe through to see what I decided to do with the freedom (side note I ❤️ having the gym to myself like this like who wouldn't but it's always makes me a little sad that a whole apartment complex and no one is there)
anyhow workout was all done to we the Kings songs most awesome punk pop band check them out if your into that type of music each song is about 3 to 4 minutes so I would pick one move and do it the entire song yes some were modified and yes I took 5-10 second breaks. Just something fun and different. But Instagram only posts a minute of it.
