BCAA stands for Branched Chain Amino Acids, made up of 3 essential amino acids, these are small units that make up proteins.
Please don't add them in to your training before speaking to a qualified personal trainer or nutritionist or someone who knows your goal. For me, they have helped recovery & soreness & they are so delicious they get me through a workout!
