It was my dad's birthday party last night and I decided that I will not track my macros that day.
I haven't eaten much throughout the day leading to the party as I wanted to balance out my nutrition a little bit, I haven't stuffed my face with food at the party, but I did enjoy home made cakes and some other calorie dense snacks that I don't normally have access to especially living in UK. Also to note I made a choice not to drink alcohol last night, why? Well I prefer food to alcohol (alcohol does count towards your caloric intake) 😂 and no hangover and dehydration. Balance ⚖ more or less at least 🤷🏼♀️
Today, back to normal tracking and healthy options. Tomorrow evening going back to UK.😢🛬
