OMG GUYS 😮. Had to share this because the body is so so crazy and does some crazy things.
If you watched my insta story yesterday you knew I wasn't feeling the best, started my cycle and was bloating because of it.
I took the left pic yesterday morning and the right pic this morning. 24 hours apart. THATS IT! Do you see how insane it is for us to be judging our progress off of social media! I mean, hello, I look like I could be carrying a child on the left because of how bloated I am. Today I woke up feeling so much better and just like that, my bloating had decreased significantly.
Please please please DON'T be so hard on yourself when you feel like your body isn't responding well to workouts/ eating right. I bloat for a # of reasons (when on my cycle, when I eat certain foods, have too much sugar etc.) but it's so IMPORTANT to remember that it's only TEMPORARY.
I fall culprit to it also bc yesterday I was so upset that my progress had "vanished". Lol but silly me, I had to remind myself that this is life and our bodies are sensitive to certain things and will react in different ways!
Ok, dats it. I just wanted to share with you how important it is to be kind to our bodies despite the circumstances. Lysm 💜.
