Après enchaînement de compétition. , c est sur que reprendre un rythme de nutrition n est pas forcément évident pour tous. J ai su contrôler et adapter par rapport à ma toute première compétition où apres j ai ete confronté à une crise de boulimie. Maintenant ?j'arrive à me contrôler . Manger bien équilibrée est important et garder mon régime d'entraînement constant et de n avoir aucune excuse . Je suis restée dans mon plan alimentaire et j'ai gardé la foi. Je remarque chaque jour que oui c est possible de maintenir une bonne shape , je continue mes bonnes habitudes de poursuivre ces résultats. C'est un mode de vie mais afin de maintenir votre corps correctement et s'entraîner chaque semaine . Ce n'est pas seulement important pour votre vision mais votre santé avant tout. Manger sainement est différent d'un régime. Même s'il s'agit de la même chose ,elle peut aussi signifier quelque chose de complètement différent. Les gens ont l'impression que le régime alimentaire est de manger du poulet, du riz brun et du brocoli tous les jours et ce n'est pas vrai. Lorsque vous vous éduquer un peu sur les nutriments que votre corps a besoin de vous rendre compte qu'il y a tant d'incroyables ingrédients frais pour apprécier. Souvenez-vous de tout ce qui se passe dans la vie . Vous êtes seule maître de votre destin , levez-vous et faite en sorte de sortir de ce mal être ou de cette dépression profonde , aujourd'hui , on se bouge ! Bon samedi les amies 💪🏽☺️

Now for the width. Lat pull down i like to put this workout last to end my back workout. I move from 50 lb to 70 lb but 70lb still not yet can control properly for the last few reps. Gonna try control it better for next workout.
Tips: grip shoulder width or grip the length you comfortable with and lastly slowly progress the grip to wider and wider.

Today's post is about goals. I'm using this picture that I took while practicing my posing a couple weeks ago. *

The reason for the side-by-side is because of what I noticed on the picture in the left.

Life is always about goals and always about making sure that whether it's a big goal or a small goal. Whether it's a career goal or a health goal. You always have to keep your eye on the prize. The prize is the goal. You always have to remember why you made that a goal. Of course once you hit that goal.... it's time for a new one. *
*
If you lose focus on the way it's because you lost focus on your daily goals. Doing something each day to get closer and closer to the Big Goal. Making mini goals and succeeding so that you can succeed in the big one.

My goal is to overall see what I'm capable of when it comes to Fitness and my body and always trying to challenge myself and because I am a health coach and a personal trainer of course I have to look the part. I personally don't train people for shows but I'm doing this for me.

What I see in this picture is my progress. I see muscles in my back on the picture on the left...it was before I was about to do my lat spread and back pose. I've never seen those muscles for many reasons. The main one over the past 11 years has been my tattoo. I'm feeling very proud of myself that I'm seeing the results that I'm seeing even through my tattoo.

Whatever it is that keeps you motivated is 100% about you. It doesn't matter if it is not something that somebody else agrees with. It doesn't matter if it's not somebody else's goal. If you didn't ask their opinion then they shouldn't offer it. Especially if it goes against something that you're trying to accomplish.
