My New 12 week training program, KAIZEN, is coming out soon!! The meaning of Kaizen is continuous progress, and in this program you will always see continuous progress. You are never doing the same weight, never doing the same rep range, and are always progressing to a new goal. Most people go to the gym and just lift, never truly getting anywhere with it. Kaizen gives your workouts a focus, and you will no longer just be lifting. You will be training. My good friend @fit.sid will also be releasing her training program this upcoming Valentine’s day.
