TREAT NIGHT > HEALTHY REFUEL 🥒🥗🍐
Ahhhhh...DAY #14!!! Today is a Saturday which usually means a much more chilled day food wise finished with one massive Treat Meal. After last weeks success of reigning in Treat Night and seeing/feeling the results that have followed I definitely wanted to make it through my second Saturday of Sixteen Strong without completely blowing it. I'm feeling good and I definitely don't want to undo the hard work so close to the end BUT I DID need to refuel. So today Treat Night turned into Healthy Refuel Day 🍐🥒🥗 And I think I did okay...
Breakfast was the same but with extra oats. Which turn out to be perfect fuel for one awesome training session 💪🏻 Lunch and Dinner was LUSH 👌🏻 Homemade lean Beef Burgers with lots of roasted veggies and salad (light mayo and relish). Still lean protein with veggies but much more substantial
And my treat for the day was a Honey Oat Milk Latte with Dried Figs from my favourite Clifton eats 💜
Training was simple but frickin good... STRENGTH
