Recently I posted a video of me attempting to bench 315 after a long grueling workout and failing ! I got a lot of criticism and comment bullying from people attempting to make fun of me for this when the point of the video was to show everyone that I wasn't perfect and that some days just like everyone else I attempt things and fail!

The comments didn't really bother me bc I'm a WINNER but they made me think about all the other people that get bullied verbally or in some sort of manner daily !

So today I lifted that 315 LBS not just for myself BUT to encourage others to not worry about BULLIES ! Instead set goals put in the work so you can achieve those goals and shut them up !

Today I start my fitness transformation, cuz nobody wants to be skinny fat πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈ I have never worked out in a gym but have been training in ballet, jazz & hiphop since I was 5. I do yoga daily & eat an earth based organic diet a lot of which I grow in my own garden.. I love my body, but I want to make some changes. This is the before, any fitness advice or what the hell a clueless bunny does in a gym would be greatly appreciated.. πŸ˜œπŸ’˜ #gymrat

Out with the old, and in with the even older. I didnt think my last wheel set up matched the era of my ef, let alone the body style. I came across some kid from Dawsonville who had these wheels and ever since my first ek, I've wanted them. The emulate an older 80s Japanese wheel design, that suits the car phenomenally. Anywho, the wheels were in awful condition when we traded, but with a little time, wheel cleaner, a sponge, and some great polishing, they look brand new. Productive Sunday, thus far.

20kg splits squats. I'm supersetting these with reverse hack squats - I'm resting the foot of the resting leg on the base of the squat machine to perform them. I sometimes do split squats on a power rack (say when I'm supersetting with another exercise that uses the rack), plonking a bar low across its width to support my foot.
