One year exactly, I don’t have the best physique nor no where I want to be. It’s been a lot of sweat and tears to get where I am at and I’m not stopping, this is just the beginning.

Despite what my shirt says, the answer is not always coffee and squats 😂 Today the answer was coffee and doing anything to get moving. I chose to channel my high school self and use the elliptical for a bit. Not what I had planned for my workout, but I'm a big believer that doing something, anything, is better than doing nothing, so today I chose to do something (literally I was exhuasted and SO not motivated...I layed on the couch in my office for 30 minutes before convincing myself to go do something, no matter how small or short it was). It seems to be a trend lately to say if you dont kill yourself 100% of the time in the gym that you wont see results and you might as well have not gone and blah blah blah. I call bs. Before I go into a huge rant that I'm sure no one cares to hear, im just going to say, especially to people new to the gym and the fitness world, do what YOU can do, dont slack, but listen to your body and know some days are going to be not at 100% and that's okay, every workout you do makes a difference and helps you become a healthier version of you. Hoy traigo recetilla.

Es igual que la tarta de piña que colgué un poco más abajo. Lo que cambia es el crunch de chocolate que lo hice con 10 gr de aceite de coco, 5 gr de cacao y un poco de stevia. Unos segundos a la nevera o congelador y listo. A mí me flipa el chocolate así.

Estoy llevando fatal la vuelta... Me muero de calor y el trabajo está siendo estresante... Pero venga, toca aguantar poco.

К чему же ведёт пренебрежение сном?
1.Увеличивается тяга к углеводам.
Когда ваш сон нарушен, в организме резко снижается выработка гормона лептина, который отвечает за насыщение вашего организма. Когда лептина становится меньше, начинается тяга к калориям, особенно к углеводам. Тяга возникает независимо от того, достаточно ли углеводов в организме. Это очень негативно влияет на людей, которые используют диету для похудения.

You've been so conditioned to drink dairy milk that if you saw a bottle of human breast milk on a store shelf, you'd recoil because its "gross"...but you're okay with pus-filled milk from a cow on a filthy dairy farm.
