DON’T OVERCOMPLICATE SH*T! 👍🏻 this is one of the biggest lessons I have learnt as a gym goer and Personal trainer over the years!
I remember when I first started training I would try all these different methods of training to try and ‘shock’ my muscles into growth 🙈 you name it, i have most likely tried it! 🤦🏻♂️
When I first started personal training clients I felt like I had to try and justify the cost of a session to a client by absolutely destroying them in a session to the point of complete exhaustion, sure this might of made them feel like they were putting in the work, but was it the most optimal thing i could have done for them? NOT AT ALL!
Over the past few years I have totally changed my approach to my own training and how I PT! ▶️ everything I do in the gym has a purpose behind it, I don’t just do shit for the sake of doing it. What if I told you that you could reach your ideal physique by just being smarter with your approach to training and nutrition? You don’t have to kill your self in the gym and deprive yourself of foods you love! WORK SMARTER! 🙌🏻
